- To book one of our services, you can use our online booking service. If you need more information before booking, just send us an email and we will get back to you in a few hours. We offer services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no booking fee or deposit required to finalize a booking.
- Can I change my reservation?
- Yes, just contact us and we can easily change your reservation. Please let us know as soon as possible if your travel plans have changed so we can be sure to offer you the best service possible.
- Do you require a deposit to hold a reservation?
- No, we request your credit card information to hold your booking, but do not charge your card. You can pay in cash or with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express e Diners) on the day of your transfer, tour, or shore excursion. If you prefer, we can also arrange payment in advance.
- How will I find my driver?
- Your driver will meet you directly on the train platform, pier, arrival area in the airport, or other pre-arranged meeting point holding a large sign with your name.

- How can I pay?
- We accept payment in cash (euros) or by credit card: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Diners.
- Can I pay in advance?
- Yes, we can arrange payment in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
- What happens if my train, flight, or ship is late? Will the driver wait? Is there a penalty fee?
- We always ask you for your train, flight, or ship information so we can keep track of any delays. Our drivers will always wait for you and there are no penalty charges, even for delays of hours!
- How can I contact the driver in case of emergency?

We can also provide you the direct number of your driver as soon as your service has been assigned to one of our team.
