1, General Info
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.luxurylimopositano.com and the purchase of luxury transportation services offered by Luxury Limo Positano.
By using the website and/or booking a service, the user fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. SERVICES
Luxury Limo Positano provides private chauffeured road transportation services, including airport transfers, luxury taxi services, and limousine hire with driver along the Amalfi Coast and surrounding areas. All services are available by reservation only.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment can be made using the methods indicated at the time of booking (credit card, debit card, and other supported digital payment methods). Luxury Limo Positano reserves the right to update prices at any time; changes will not affect already confirmed bookings.
4. Booking
A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation (by email or other official channel) from Luxury Limo Positano. The customer is responsible for providing accurate information (departure time, pick-up location, number of passengers, any special requirements) at the time of booking. Luxury Limo Positano is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Free cancellation: customers may cancel their booking at no charge up to 7 (seven) full days before the scheduled start time of the service (local time at the pick-up location).
Late cancellation: cancellations made after the above deadline will be charged at 100% of the total service cost. No refund will be issued.
No-show: in the event of a no-show without prior notice, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or another official Luxury Limo Positano channel. The date and time of receipt of the written notice will determine whether the cancellation falls within the free cancellation window.
6. LIABILITY
Luxury Limo Positano is committed to providing a punctual and professional service. However, it shall not be held liable for delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, exceptional traffic, strikes, emergencies, or force majeure events. In any case, the liability of Luxury Limo Positano is limited to the value of the booked service.

7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer agrees to:
- be present at the agreed pick-up location and time;
- treat the vehicles and staff with respect;
- not transport illegal or hazardous substances;
- comply with all applicable road safety regulations.
Luxury Limo Positano reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in the event of inappropriate behaviour by the customer, without any obligation to issue a refund.
8. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Data collected is used solely for the management of bookings and the provision of services. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the website or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Salerno, Italy.
